The methodology was then used to drive the design
and development of a software solution,
ProcessVista for teams and
consultants. This software application is used to rapidly and fully
define processes including the related operational knowledge into an
IDEF compliant data model.

Designed for the Process Definition Methodology,
ProcessVista
facilitates process definition which includes the operational
knowledge and best practices. The process model is based on IDEF
standards and generates reports about the process. Flow diagrams and
other information reports are generated by the system, each of which
are compliant to the IDEF and ISO standards.
This is how the deliverables are "controlled" for
consistency and the process definitions are repeatable. Teams
