ProcessVista Client is a database application with a multi-tiered architecture. The tiers consist of the user interface, business rules and logic, and the database with stored procedures for security and efficiency.

System Architecture
Client is designed for both autonomous and collaborative usage depending on the configuration. Usage on a laptop for example, would allow one or more people to define processes without being connected to a network, then have the capability to synchronize their data for collaboration, management review, and develop an integrated "system level" business process model of the enterprise for improved analysis and optimization.

The Team version of ProcessVista Client is an enterprise collaboration solution that utilizes web technology coupled with enterprise databases. With the Team Collaboration Module, Client can be used globally, across the enterprise or just within a single organization.

As a result of the system design, companies can start with a few seats for specific projects that have been struggling to complete the process definition, and grow the deployment to enable the company on a global scale.

ProcessVista Reports
Process Analysis, Best Practices, Operational Knowledge and other Reports including Flow Diagrams are generated by StepAlpha to evaluate process performance and socialize process information. Companies can rapidly "socialize" the information to the enterprise, which is necessary for training, management oversight, regulatory adherence, quality, supplier performance and many other critical business needs.
